The team at Biorem were tasked with updating their facility to meet the expanding functionality of their workspace. Our versatility was on display throughout as we assisted with planning and coordination of the washroom renovation including facilitation of the carpentry portion. We modified the existing plumbing layout to incorporate additional washroom stalls and a new shower. We updated their fixtures to touchless, installed services for a new laboratory and re-worked their irrigation and domestic hot water systems to suit their needs.
